Brownfield construction of a fiber cement plant. Sitework, foundations, building, process equipment, and one sheet machine were installed. Casey subcontracted the engineering work and PEMB building additions and self-performed civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping phases. Major equipment installed includes autoclaves, thickeners, ball mills, substation, Vollert system, boiler, JHBP backer line, and JHBP heritage line.
