FLOAT GLASS COATING LINE INSTALLATION

trimming timelines.

Installation of a complex float glass coating line posed several challenges, but none more than trying to coordinate four different trades working in a small space with a tight deadline. Because of our ability to self-perform all trades, we were able to give our client a single-point of contact and accountability. In addition, our workers were able to share resources and work together across the trades to save time and get up to production sooner than anticipated.

Project Timeline

Challenge

Our client faced the challenges of limited project staff to coordinate with multiple providers. In addition the physical space made simultaneous work a challenge for sub-contracting the four trades that would need timely access to the site.

Solution

In the bidding phase, Casey was able to present our experience in project management, project innovation and the ability to self-perform all phases of the project. This single point of communication and adaptability to the specific job requirements made Casey the best option.
