Our insurance plan provides employees with the comfort and security of knowing that their medical needs will be addressed. We have carefully reviewed a number of plans, and are confident that we have selected the plans that best fit our employees' needs.
Employees are provided out of town living expense payments if the employees home of record is at least 100 (50 on shutdowns) miles from the project site.
Project locations at Casey Industrial typically work a 50-84 hour work week. Hourly personnel receive overtime payments in accordance with state law (typically after 40 hour per week).
Employees working away from their home of record are paid a mobilization payment. Employees that transfer to another project location or are employed to project completion are paid a de-mobilization payment.
Casey Industrial currently utilizes a PPO plan that allows employees to select doctors in or out of network. Our selected vendor for 2008 is United Health Care (www.uhc.com). Employees and families are eligible to receive health plan benefits subject to plan qualifications.
A traditional dental plan provides levels of payment for eligible dental expenses and has no network requirements. Our selected vendor for 2008 is Guardian Dental (www.GuardianLife.com).
Vision program offers discounts on vision care services and products. Craft worker prescription eyewear program allows craft workers to receive prescription eyewear at reduced cost.
Casey Industrial realizes the importance of helping its employees prepare for special circumstances or address special needs. In order to do this, we've implemented an IRS 125 "Flexible Spending Plan." The plan allows employees to take "pretax" deductions from their payroll check in order to fund an account which may be used for additional qualified health expenses, dependent health care expenses, health care premiums or any other allowable expense, as deemed by the IRS.
Current program provides a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for in the group insurance plan. All employees enrolled in the health insurance program are eligible. In addition Casey Industrial offers term life insurance at affordable group rates to employees and their families.
Company paid short term disability insurance is covered in all employee policies. A buy up option is available. Long term disability insurance is available for eligible employees.
The AD&D plan is designed to provide lump-sum benefits in the event of accidental death or dismemberment of a covered person.
Casey Industrial understands that members of our employment family face issues that may require help from the company. Casey has implemented an Employee Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate families who are experiencing personal or job-related problems that are affecting their personal and/or professional lives.
Casey contributes to the employee 401(k) plan at the following rates: 50 cents on the dollar for up to 4% of employee annual pay.
